- Olive oil70ml
- Water150ml
- Salt1 tsp
- Pre-washed Swiss chard700g
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Olive oil30ml
- Black pepper1/4 tsp

For the dough: Mix flour and salt. Add water and 2 tbsp olive oil, mix until a dough forms. Knead briefly.

For the filling: Chop the pre-washed Swiss chard. Mix with 30ml olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Divide dough in half. Roll one half into a round base.

Spread the chard filling over the base.

Top with the second rolled-out dough. Seal edges.

Brush with olive oil and prick the top.

Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes until golden.
