Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Thinly slice the onion and roughly chop the canned anchovies.

Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper into your desired shape.

Brush the dough with olive oil. Scatter the sliced onions and chopped anchovies evenly over the dough.

Season with salt and black pepper.
