- Orange zest1 tbsp
- Chopped walnuts100g
- Salt1 pinch
- Cinnamon sugar (for dusting)50g

Warm honey, butter, and brown sugar in a saucepan until smooth. Let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.

Whisk eggs and orange zest. Add to the cooled honey mixture.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.

Wrap dough and chill for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line baking sheets.

Roll out dough to about 0.5 cm thickness. Cut out shapes.

Place cookies on baking sheets and bake for 10-14 minutes, until golden brown.
