- Salt1/4 tsp
- Vegetable oil for frying400 ml
- Powdered sugar for dusting30 g

In a bowl, combine flour and salt.

In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolk and milk.

Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and stir until a thick, shaggy dough forms. Do not overmix.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F).

Drop small spoonfuls of the dough directly into the hot oil. Fry in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
