- Sour cream1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley1 tbsp, chopped

Prepare the mushroom mixture: Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Sauté the onion in butter or oil until softened. Add the mushrooms and cook until browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
