- Pre-cooked shredded beef300g
- Carrots1 medium
- Frozen peas100g
- Onion1 small
- Garlic1 clove
- Beef broth1 liter
- White wine50ml
- Fresh parsley or dill2 tbsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add diced carrots and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in white wine and let it evaporate slightly.

Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.

Add pre-cooked shredded beef and frozen peas. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until carrots are tender and peas are cooked.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in fresh herbs.
