Sastojci
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into cubes700g
- Onions, thinly sliced1 large
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Sweet paprika2 tbsp
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Chicken broth300ml
- Sour cream2 tbsp (for finishing)
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Chives or parsley, choppedfor garnish

Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken pieces quickly on all sides. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add sliced onions to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 4-5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in sweet paprika and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer.

Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has slightly thickened.

Stir in the sour cream (optional, for a creamier finish). Taste and adjust seasoning.
