- Baby raštika (or pre-chopped collard greens)700 g
- Potatoes400 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Vegetable broth300 ml
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)1/4 tsp

Wash the baby raštika or pre-chopped greens.

Peel and dice the potatoes into small 1.5-2 cm cubes.

Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes and sauté for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.

Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the raštika and vegetable broth. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and greens are wilted. Stir occasionally.
