Sastojci
- All-purpose flour250g
- Baking powder2 tsp
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Eggs1
- Milk120ml
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Vegetable oil for frying500ml
- Powdered sugar for dustingto taste

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and milk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined to form a soft, slightly sticky batter. Do not overmix.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to 170-180°C (340-350°F).

Using two spoons, drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil. Fry in batches.

Fry for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and puffed.

Remove the uštipci from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Dust generously with powdered sugar before serving warm.
