- Pre-shredded cabbage500g
- Garlic1 clove

- Black pepperto taste
- Waterfor boiling pasta

Mince the garlic.

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain.

While pasta cooks, heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the pre-shredded cabbage to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
