- Egg noodles (store-bought)150g

Peel and thinly slice the carrots and parsley root.

In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a boil.

Add the sliced carrots and parsley root to the boiling broth. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until tender.

Add the store-bought egg noodles and cook according to package directions (usually 5-8 minutes).

Stir in the pre-cooked shredded beef and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
