- White fish fillets (cod, haddock, or similar)500g
- Onion1 large
- Carrots2 medium
- Frozen peas100g
- Canned corn100g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Vegetable broth1.5 liters
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Paprika (sweet)1 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh dillfor garnish

Cut fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, heat oil and sauté finely chopped onion until soft.

Add diced carrots and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic, tomato paste, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Add fish pieces, peas, and corn. Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, until fish is cooked through.
