- Hard-Boiled Eggs3 large
- Mayonnaise1/2 cup

Boil potatoes until tender. Let them cool, then peel and finely grate them.

Hard-boil the eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Finely grate the yolks and whites separately.

Drain the canned fish and mash it lightly with a fork.

In a clear serving dish, create layers: start with a layer of grated potatoes, season lightly with salt, then spread a thin layer of mayonnaise. Add the mashed fish, followed by a layer of grated egg yolks. Spread another thin layer of mayonnaise. Finally, top with the grated egg whites.
