Sastojci

  • Eel400g, pre-cut pieces
  • Frog legs400g
  • Onion1 large, finely chopped
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Vegetable broth300ml
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Dillfresh, for garnish
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Wateras needed

    Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté finely chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.

    Add minced garlic and tomato paste, cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

    Add the eel pieces and frog legs, searing for 3-4 minutes.

    Pour in the vegetable broth and enough water to cover. Bring to a simmer.

    Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the eel and frog legs are cooked through and tender.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve hot, garnished with fresh dill.
