- Cauliflower300 g
- Carrots200 g
- Radishes200 g
- Bell peppers (any color)200 g
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic cloves3-4
- Dillsmall bunch
- Vinegar (white wine)250 ml
- Water250 ml
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Salt1 tbsp
- Black peppercorns1 tsp

Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Slice onions thinly, cut cauliflower into small florets, julienne bell peppers, slice carrots and radishes.

Place vegetables, garlic cloves, and dill into a clean glass jar or container.

In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black peppercorns. Heat until sugar and salt are dissolved. Do not boil vigorously.

Pour the warm brine over the vegetables, ensuring they are fully covered. Let it cool to room temperature.

Seal the container and refrigerate. The turšija will be ready to eat after at least 24 hours, but flavors improve over a few days.
