  • Tahini1/4 cup
  • Roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade)1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice2 tablespoons
  • Garlic clove1
  • Water2-3 tablespoons
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil (for serving)1 tablespoon
