- Tahini1/4 cup
- Roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade)1/2 cup
- Lemon juice2 tablespoons
- Garlic clove1
- Water2-3 tablespoons
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil (for serving)1 tablespoon

Drain and rinse chickpeas. Drain roasted red peppers.

In a food processor, combine tahini and lemon juice. Process until smooth.
