- Penne pasta350g
- Smoked salmon200g, flaked
- Cherry tomatoes1 cup, halved
- Fresh spinach2 cups
- Cream cheese100g
- Garlic1 clove, minced
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Fresh dill2 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.

While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Stir in cream cheese and a splash of reserved pasta water until a light sauce forms. Add spinach and stir until wilted.

Add the drained pasta and flaked smoked salmon to the skillet. Toss gently to combine.

Stir in chopped fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
