- Canned Chickpeas2 cans (15 oz each), drained and rinsed
- Onion1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Fresh Parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Cumin1 tsp
- Coriander1/2 tsp
- Flour (optional, for binding)2 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
