- Canned crushed tomatoes400g
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Paprika powder1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Wash bell peppers, cut off the tops, and remove seeds and membranes.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in vegetable oil until softened.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked rice, sautéed onion and garlic, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.

Place the stuffed peppers upright in a deep pot or Dutch oven. Add crushed tomatoes and enough water to come halfway up the peppers.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until peppers are tender and rice is cooked.

Adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
