- Cooked rice200g
- Onion1/2 medium
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Tomato sauce500ml
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Sour creamfor serving

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Halve bell peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.

Brown ground beef in a skillet with olive oil and finely chopped onion. Drain excess fat.

In a bowl, combine browned beef, cooked rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Fill pepper halves with the meat and rice mixture.

Place filled peppers in a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over and around them.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until peppers are tender.
