- Garlic1 clove
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Vegetable broth500ml
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp

Wash bell peppers, cut off the tops, and remove seeds.

Rinse sauerkraut and chop finely. Finely chop onion and garlic.

Sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil until translucent. Add chopped sauerkraut and cook for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine ground pork, uncooked rice, sautéed sauerkraut mixture, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Stuff the bell peppers with the filling.

Place stuffed peppers in a pot. Pour vegetable broth over them.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 60-70 minutes, or until peppers are tender and rice is cooked.
