- Beef chuck400g
- Onions1 large
- Garlic2 cloves
- Sweet paprika2 tbsp
- Hot paprika1/2 tsp
- Canned diced tomatoes400g
- Beef broth400ml
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp

Cut pork and beef into bite-sized cubes.

Finely chop onions and garlic.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown the meats in batches, then set aside.

Add onions to the pot and sauté until softened.

Stir in sweet and hot paprika, cook for 30 seconds.

Return meats to the pot. Add diced tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Pour in beef broth. Bring to a simmer.

Cover and simmer for 1 hour, or until meats are tender. Stir occasionally.

Adjust seasoning. If the stew is too thin, simmer uncovered for a few more minutes.
