- All-purpose flour100g

- Garlic2 cloves
- Fresh dill2 tbsp, chopped
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil for fryingas needed

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, combine grated zucchini, flour, eggs, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.

Mix well to form a thick batter.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, flattening them slightly.

Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove fritters from the pan and drain on paper towels.
