- Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts600 g
- Onions, medium1
- Garlic cloves2
- Sweet paprika2 tbsp
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Chicken broth400 ml
- Sour cream100 g
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Wateras needed
- Chives, choppedfor garnish

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop onions and mince garlic.

Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken until lightly browned. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add onions to the pot and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in garlic and tomato paste, cook for 1 minute.

Remove pot from heat. Stir in sweet paprika. Return to low heat.

Gradually whisk in chicken broth and water. Bring to a simmer.

Return chicken to the pot. Simmer gently for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
