Prepare the chicken paprikaš as per the Traditional Pileći Paprikaš recipe (Steps 1-11).

While the paprikaš simmers, prepare the nokedli: Whisk eggs, milk, and salt. Gradually add flour and mix until a thick, slightly lumpy batter forms.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.

Using a wet cutting board or a special nokedli maker, scrape small pieces of batter into the boiling water.

Boil for 2-3 minutes until the nokedli float to the surface. Drain well.

Serve the chicken paprikaš hot, with the nokedli on the side or mixed in, garnished with sour cream and fresh dill.
