Sastojci
- Pork loin or shoulder, thinly sliced600g
- Onions, sliced1 large
- Bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced2
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil30ml
- Sweet paprika1.5 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water or broth150ml

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced pork and brown it well on all sides. Remove pork and set aside.

Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add sweet paprika and stir well. Return the pork to the skillet.

Pour in water or broth. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is tender and the sauce has thickened.
