- Beef sirloin, thinly sliced500g
- Onion, finely chopped1 large
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Sweet paprika1 tbsp
- All-purpose flour1.5 tbsp
- Beef broth400 ml
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Wateras needed
- Chopped chivesfor garnish

Season the thinly sliced beef with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Quickly stir-fry the beef slices until just browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add the finely chopped onion to the same skillet and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the sweet paprika and garlic powder, cook for 30 seconds.

Sprinkle the flour over the onions and stir for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the beef broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer.

Return the beef slices to the skillet. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens and the beef is cooked through. Add water if needed.
