- Garlic4 cloves
- Sweet paprika2 tbsp
- Dried rosemary1 tbsp
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).

Mince garlic. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, sweet paprika, dried rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Rub the pork ribs generously with the prepared marinade.

Place the marinated ribs in a roasting pan. Add water to the bottom of the pan.

Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is very tender.

Remove the foil and increase oven temperature to 200°C (400°F).

Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the ribs are nicely browned and slightly crispy.
