- Green peppercorns, drained1.5 tbsp
- Beef broth or stock100ml
- Sour cream or crème fraîche150ml

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil and half the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks quickly for 1-2 minutes per side until just cooked through.
