Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef and pork.

Add chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, paprika, and marjoram.

Season generously with salt and black pepper.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined. Do not overmix.

Shape the mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with vegetable oil.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F) and the loaf is cooked through and browned.

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
