- Ajvar (roasted red pepper spread)4 tbsp
- Pickled red onionsfor topping
- Fresh parsley, choppedfor garnish

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped red bell pepper, minced garlic, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, egg, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill.

Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through and slightly charred.
