Traditional Serbian Faširanci are flavorful pan-fried meatballs made with a mixture of ground meats, onions, garlic, and spices, often served with a side of potatoes or a simple salad.

- Breadcrumbs50g
- Milk50ml
- Parsley, chopped2 tbsp

- Vegetable oil, for fryingfor frying

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, and chopped parsley.

Season generously with salt and black pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Do not overmix.

Shape the mixture into oval or round patties, about 1.5-2 cm thick.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Carefully place the patties in the hot oil and fry for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Adjust heat if browning too quickly.
