- Stale bread, soaked and squeezed1 slice

- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Red pepper flakes1/4 tsp (or to taste)

- Canned diced tomatoes800g
- Red bell pepper, diced1 medium
- Green bell pepper, diced1/2 medium
- Vegetable broth150ml
- Saltto taste

In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, soaked bread, chopped parsley, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Add diced red and green bell peppers to the pot and sauté for 5 minutes until slightly softened.

Add diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Return the meatballs to the pot. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 40-50 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and peppers are tender.
