Sastojci
- Chicken breast, boneless, skinless600 g
- Onions, medium1
- Garlic cloves2
- Sweet paprika2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour1 tbsp
- Sour cream150 ml
- Chicken broth400 ml
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Store-bought potato gnocchi500 g
- Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)1 tbsp

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop onion and mince garlic.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add onion to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in sweet paprika and cook for 30 seconds.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp flour over the onions and paprika, stir and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth.

Bring the sauce to a simmer. Stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Do not boil.

Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Drain.

Return the cooked chicken to the sauce. Add the cooked gnocchi and gently toss to combine.

Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
