  • Pre-cooked smoked duck500g
  • Coconut milk400ml
  • Water100ml
  • Pre-made chili paste (sambal tumis)3-4 tbsp
  • Lemongrass1 stalk
  • Kaffir lime leaves3 leaves
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Cooking oil1 tbsp

    Slice the pre-cooked smoked duck into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat cooking oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the pre-made chili paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

    Add the bruised lemongrass stalk and kaffir lime leaves. Stir for 30 seconds.

    Pour in the coconut milk and water. Bring to a gentle simmer.

    Add the smoked duck pieces. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing the duck to heat through and absorb the flavors.
