  • Belacan (shrimp paste)0.5 tsp
  • Kaffir lime leaves3 leaves
  • Fresh pineapple chunks1 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Cooking oil2 tbsp

    Prepare the chili paste: Soak dried chilies. Blend fresh red chilies, soaked dried chilies, shallots, garlic, belacan, galangal, lemongrass (bottom part), and turmeric into a smooth paste.
