  • Sweet chili sauce4 tbsp
  • Ketchup2 tbsp
  • Lime juice2 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Red chili flakes1 tsp
  • Red bell pepper1/4, finely diced
  • Fresh mint leavesfor garnish
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
