Bahan
- Mackerel fillets500g
- Asam Pedas paste (store-bought)100g
- Tamarind paste2 tbsp
- Water400ml
- Tomatoes1 medium
- Okra5-6 pods
- Saltto taste
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp

Heat oil in a pot. Sauté the store-bought Asam Pedas paste until fragrant.

Add tamarind paste and water. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

Add mackerel fillets. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes, or until fish is cooked.

Add tomatoes and okra. Cook for another 5 minutes until okra is tender.
