- Tamarind paste2 tbsp
- Okra100g
- Tomatoes100g
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water400ml
- Saltto taste
- Sugar1 tsp
- Cilantrofor garnish

Heat vegetable oil in a pot.

Add pre-made Asam Pedas paste and sauté briefly until fragrant.

Stir in tamarind paste.

Pour in water and bring to a boil. Season with salt and sugar.

Add stingray pieces and cook for about 10 minutes until almost done.
