  • Pre-made Asam Pedas paste4 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste2 tbsp
  • Okra100g
  • Tomatoes100g
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Water400ml
  • Saltto taste
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Cilantrofor garnish

    Heat vegetable oil in a pot.

    Add pre-made Asam Pedas paste and sauté briefly until fragrant.

    Stir in tamarind paste.

    Pour in water and bring to a boil. Season with salt and sugar.

    Add stingray pieces and cook for about 10 minutes until almost done.

    Add okra and tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
