- Asam Paste (store-bought)4 tbsp
- Water400ml
- Okra100g
- Tomatoes1 pc
- Shallots2 pcs
- Garlic1 clove
- Lemongrass1 stalk
- Saltto taste
- Sugar (optional, to balance sourness)1 tsp
- Cooking Oil2 tbsp

Slice shallots and garlic thinly. Bruise the lemongrass stalk.
