  • Fish Fillets (e.g., Seabass, Tilapia)400g
  • Asam Paste (store-bought)4 tbsp
  • Water400ml
  • Okra100g
  • Tomatoes1 pc
  • Shallots2 pcs
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Lemongrass1 stalk
  • Saltto taste
  • Sugar (optional, to balance sourness)1 tsp
  • Cooking Oil2 tbsp

    Slice shallots and garlic thinly. Bruise the lemongrass stalk.

    Heat cooking oil in a pot. Sauté shallots, garlic, and lemongrass until fragrant.
