Bahan
- Tuna (Tongkol), cut into chunks500g
- Malaysian Fish Curry Paste3-4 tbsp
- Lemongrass, lightly bruised1 stalk
- Tamarind paste1 tbsp
- Water400ml
- Saltto taste
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Optional: Okra, cut into pieces100g
- Optional: Spring onions, chopped for garnisha small bunch

Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the Malaysian fish curry paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the bruised lemongrass stalk and tamarind paste. Stir well.

Pour in water and bring to a simmer.

Gently add the tuna chunks and okra (if using).

Simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

Season with salt to taste. Remove lemongrass stalk before serving.
