  • All-purpose flour100g

  • Sambal chili paste4 tbsp
  • Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)2 tbsp
  • Lime juice1 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Water2 tbsp
  • Spring onionsfor garnish
