- All-purpose flour100g

- Sambal chili paste4 tbsp
- Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)2 tbsp
- Lime juice1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Water2 tbsp
- Spring onionsfor garnish
