  • Chili paste (sambal tumis or similar)2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder1 tsp
  • Lemongrass (optional, pre-bruised or paste)1 stalk
  • Shallots (finely sliced)3
  • Garlic (minced)2 cloves
  • Curry leaves1 sprig
  • Saltto taste
  • Water50 ml
