  • Brown sugar2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder1 tsp
  • Coriander powder1 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water50ml
  • Cooking oilfor frying
  • Chili paste (sambal oelek or similar)2 tbsp

    Slice beef thinly against the grain.

    In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, coriander powder, salt, pepper, and water. Mix well.
