  • Vegetable or chicken broth1 liter
  • Heavy cream250ml
  • Unsalted butter3 tbsp
  • Fresh thyme2 sprigs
  • Fresh rosemary1 sprig
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Truffle oilfor drizzling
