- coconut milk800 ml
- chicken or prawn stock500 ml
- laksa noodles400g
- cooked chicken breast, sliced200g
- tofu puffs100g
- bean sprouts100g
- mint leavesfor garnish
- chili padi, slicedfor garnish

In a pot, combine laksa paste, coconut milk, and stock. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Add tofu puffs and simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow them to absorb the broth.

Season the broth with salt to taste.

Blanch laksa noodles and bean sprouts. Rinse under cold water.

To serve, place noodles and bean sprouts in bowls. Ladle the hot laksa broth over them. Top with sliced chicken and tofu puffs. Garnish with mint leaves and sliced chili padi.
