- Sweet potato puree (canned or pre-cooked)150g
- Peanut butter1 tbsp
- Saltto taste

- Bean sprouts100g
- Fried shallotsfor garnish

In a pot, combine chicken stock, curry paste, and sweet potato puree. Bring to a simmer.
