  • Sweet potato puree (canned or pre-cooked)150g
  • Peanut butter1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Wateras needed
  • Hard-boiled eggs4
  • Bean sprouts100g
  • Fried shallotsfor garnish
  • Lime wedgesfor garnish
