- yellow noodles500g
- pre-cooked chicken breast200g, sliced
- eggs2
- bean sprouts1 cup
- garlic2 cloves, minced
- sambal oelek3 tbsp
- ketchup2 tbsp
- soy sauce2 tbsp
- sugar1 tsp
- vegetable oil2 tbsp
- spring onions2 tbsp, chopped
- saltto taste
- black pepperto taste
- wateras needed

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add sambal oelek and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Push sambal to one side. Crack eggs into the other side and scramble them.

Add yellow noodles, ketchup, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry to coat the noodles.

Add pre-cooked chicken slices and bean sprouts. Toss well.

Add a splash of water if needed to loosen the noodles. Stir-fry until heated through.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
