- sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)1 tbsp

- vegetable oil2 tbsp

Mix dark soy sauce, kecap manis, and fish sauce for the sauce.

Peel and devein shrimp. Slice chicken breast thinly. Mince garlic. Beat eggs.

Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
