  • Mee Kolok noodles500g
  • Pre-cooked Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork), sliced200g
  • Garlic, minced1 tsp
  • Light soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tsp
  • Chicken broth or water50ml
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Spring onions, chopped2 tbsp
  • Fried shallots2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Waterfor boiling noodles

    Boil the Mee Kolok noodles in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse briefly. Set aside.

    In a small bowl, whisk together light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chicken broth/water.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
